Neighborhoods

  • Short North/Victorian Village/Italian Village – Vibrant arts district, close to NCH and close to OSU. Very walkable neighborhoods with plenty of restaurant options and boutique shops.
  • German Village – Historic neighborhood near the hospital, walkable with multiple restaurant options.
  • Grandview Heights – Close proximity to the ‘nightlife scene’ but with great public schools and also easily walkable to a charming downtown.
  • Dublin/Hilliard/Powell/New Albany – Newer homes, great family-friendly options and schools. 
  • Upper Arlington/Clintonville/Worthington/Bexley – Well established neighborhoods with award-winning schools.
